The Board of Directors serves as the core leadership body of the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary. Each director works collaboratively to ensure smooth operations, promote student engagement, and uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
LOGISTICS TEAM

DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS
The Logistics Team is responsible for preparing and managing the operational needs of events and activities. They oversee venue setup, materials, equipment, scheduling, and coordination to ensure programs run smoothly and efficiently.
The Director of External Affairs manages the organization’s relationships with external partners, sponsors, institutions, and other organizations. They are responsible for building professional connections, handling collaborations, and representing the organization in external engagements.
The Director of Internal Affairs focuses on strengthening the organization from within by overseeing member relations, coordination, and internal activities. They ensure effective communication among officers and members, promote teamwork and engagement, and help maintain a positive organizational environment.
The Creatives Team is responsible for developing the organization’s visual identity and creative content. They design promotional materials, publication layouts, social media graphics, and event branding that effectively represent the organization’s image and message. The team works closely with different committees to produce engaging and professional creative outputs that enhance communication, publicity, and member engagement.

The Creative Media and Infographic teams are responsible for producing creative and multimedia materials that support the organization’s branding, promotions, and events. Creates visually engaging graphics and informational materials for announcements, updates, and campaigns.
The Merchandise team Designs and manages the production of official organization merchandise and promotional items.
The Social Media and Public Relations Team Handles the social media presence and public communication of the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary to maintain engagement and a positive image.
The Photography and Videography teams captures and documents events and activities, produces and edits video content to showcase the organization’s events, projects, and campaigns creatively.
Representatives act as the bridge between the student body and the organization’s leadership. They support communication, promote participation, and ensure that the concerns and interests of members are properly represented within the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary.
